Classic Juicy Meatballs

Ingredients:
800 g ground beef
1 egg
1 small onion, finely chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup breadcrumbs (add more if needed)
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp paprika
Salt, to taste
Black pepper, to taste
Olive oil, for cooking
Instructions:
In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, egg, chopped onion, and minced garlic.
Add the breadcrumbs, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Mix everything together until just combined. If the mixture feels too wet, add a bit more breadcrumbs until it holds its shape.
Form the mixture into evenly sized meatballs.
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
Cook the meatballs, turning occasionally, until browned on all sides and fully cooked through.
Serving suggestion:
Serve with oven-roasted potatoes, red cabbage, and your favorite sauce.
